Teens started the trend, but adults are wearing PJs all day now too: Have we become too informal?

I went to school in my PJs once or twice, but it was meant as some form of not quite thought-through protest against conformity and the tyranny of beauty.
These days, when I travel the several hundred metres to the mail box or the grocery store in my comfy-pants, it’s usually out of pure laziness, but I’d still give a speech about non-conformity, should anyone ever dare criticise me for it in public.
